Hi !
This is a crual survey, isn't it ?
Actually, years have passed for pod, so you cannot really compare it with trackmania

Yes, really, I cannot reply

I am not sure if the question is about the current time ... well, it is almost one year since I last played POD, but I played it for 7 years ... while TM is just new to me

So I would say ... POD

Yay...

Grokon said it all...
I prefer Pod to trackmania but I prefer to play Trackmania right now because of it's cool community...
I don't play Trackmania for the game itself...as it seems you believe...
I play it only for the online activities...
But the game is cool anyway

Ive played Trackmania for 3 hours now, and have gotten to C6 with gold medals.
I just now tried the bumpercam using the rallycar... Holy shit...I love this...
I remember I played POD 8 hours a day for 2 years, so there is no comparison. Trackmania doesnt quite "suck you in" the way POD did, but its still a great game from what Ive seen. It actually reminded me of Re-Volt more than anything.
I wonder if my slow internet connection will let me play? Hmm...

It may suck you in if you go further into options, such as building your own tracks and share them with friends. Moreover, online gaming offers you several competitions to get you tight to it

Yo Leadbest, I played most of our league matches on my shitty 56k modem, so you should be fine

And now you will discover the "Nadeo times" ... they are faster than the Gold medals, and are the author's best times. Not very hard to get on some tracks, but still challenging

Huh...

YYYYAAAAAAAYYYYYY RiffRAff's on Trackmania !! Yeee !
Nice to see you Leadbest !
Hey if you're in the Nadeao Tracks, check this out :

I think some are screwed by stupid scuts, but most of them are good replays to download.
Look at the TrackMania Exchange stuff by the way....
And then tell me if it don't looks like a giantic Qball Ghost Gallery hehe
Hope to see you online someday !

K let me confess. My game is a downloaded version because I still havent seen the game here where I live. Having said that, it appears to be a complete game but I have no documentation for it so Im learning the hard way. As soon as the game appears in the store, I will buy it. I think the developers did a great job and deserve my money.
I had a couple days between plays, and got back into it this morning. In typical Leadbest fashion, I started trying to best my times instead of playing the new tracks. Methinks I need to hook up the old steering wheel again...
I agree with you Rob, it appears some of the record times are CP shortcuts. Why am I not surprised? LOL.
